My North London practice is run from my consulting room in Stoke Newington, between Clissold Park and Newington Green.
I am within easy reach of the City, Dalston, Islington, Highbury, Finsbury Park, Tottenham, Hackney, Stamford Hill and the surrounding areas of N16.
Bus services include: 73, 476, 141, 341, 393, 236, 106, 21, 149.
Trains – North London link, Canonbury station; Stoke Newington station with services by trains between Liverpool Street, and Enfield Town or Cheshunt.
Tube: closet tubes: Highbury, Manor House or Dalston.
Initial meeting, terms and fees
At an initial consultation, we will get to know each other. I will ask you:
- what you wish to gain from psychotherapy
- what is happening for you now
- about your early life.
We will talk about the options open to you and whether a period of psychotherapy, counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy or EMDR might be of benefit to you. You will also be able to ask any questions you may have about the process. This meeting lasts 50 minutes.
Terms: If you decide to go ahead we will find a day and time that you are able to attend on a weekly basis. Meeting on a consistent basis enables you to get the most out of your therapy. Payment is due for appointments missed or cancelled by you.
Sessions last 50 minutes.
Code of Ethics: I am registered with the UKCP whose code of ethics I adhere to.
